DivX, you obviously dont know what you're talking about, why get involved? You go into WHMCS, clients products and terminate as I have modules setup and would mean double work if I removed via WHM as I would have to terminate through WHM and then terminate through WHMCS so he doesnt get invoiced next month.

Welling, I have terminated your account, like I said, WHMCS sets it as an automated cron job and these were set to complete at midnight everyday, I dont see why you're telling people not to host with us just because I didnt delete your account after you sent 3 emails, 2 PM's and posted here God knows how many times.

DivX, take some advice...dont go into other people's sales threads and get involved if it doesnt regard you. I have over 20 happy clients hosting with us during our first week of opening, and yes, for your information, I do have access to WHM.

I never replied to your PM as I sent you an email regarding the situation from WHMCS, that why, it was confirmed you wished to terminate your account. It is our policy to ensure only the account holder can terminate account and this is checked by emailing the user.

yes finally it got deleted now. AND YOU NEVER EMAILED ME. TILL NOW I DIDNT RECEIVE A SINGLE EMAIL.

The main server of veio was victim of a sql injection attack.
If you were a client of them, you'd already know that they are transferring us to a new server.

Btw, I don't think veio is a bad hosting site, its just that they are in problems now. And I like the support; very fast & efficient.

As HValle98 says, we are transferring to our new server. This is self-hosted. We have already moved all accounts and sub-accounts of resellers and we're working now on setting up all private nameservers. As stated in the email, all accounts will be ready by 3pm BST/UTC+1 today. We will stand by this and you will receive an email regarding your account around that time.
