command in .httaccess of cpanel for permanent redirect to www and also
set the preferred domain in google webmaster tools and all pages were
removing slowly and yesterday the urls with www were dropped to "62"
but today when i checked it reached again to "14600" .

Use Google Webmaster Tools for your domain and choose in the options to drop www.

The filename should be .htaccess, not .httaccess.
And, you should put it in your site's root directory, not in your cPanel.

This action only effects how the site URL is displayed in the SERP. Many people are mistaken in thinking this fixes the canonical URL issue.

You can expect things to take a full update or two before the mod-rewrite you did takes full effect.

The pages were crawled and that has nothing to do with the issue. Google needs to drop all pages from its database and pick up all the pages again as well as re-score all links pointing to the pages.

That is why I stated it will take an update or two,

    Do you use a sitemap?
If yes, generate the links with www and give google some time to update the data.

I looked at a couple of your URLs from your sitemap and if I am not mistaken Google is seeing all as one page....

    http://www.sms2friends.com/sms/jokes_category.php?cat_id=73

    http://www.sms2friends.com/sms/jokes_category.php?cat_id=107

Seems to me you need to rewrite all URLs into individual pages via the htaccess file.

Someone else may be able to shed more light on this however as I am not sure exactly how Google is seeing your pages....however it appears Google is having issues with your site,

    Good luck!
