    House prices have dropped 15% in NZ my dad just bought a house for 250 thou for nice 3 bedroom home it was close to 300 thou before the market dropped I would be interested in knowing how much house prices have dropped in other countries especially USA and Europe?

    i think its about 1.1 NZ to 1 AUD and 1 AUD = 70 USD

    Don't take my word for it though

    To answer your question, house prices in America have taken a huge drop oer the past few years, and here in Western Australia they are just starting to drop (like 10%)
