There are certainly things which you can improve on like the theme. You will need a template that will make the blog look professional since it's about banking. A banner with stars doesn't quite fit in.

Good thing about it is that it's filled with content.

 

lycos: what do you suggest any good wp skin in mind and ofcourse free one?

I would suggest you to place 728x15 text ad unit under the logo or just under the search box menu.

 

hi, First and foremost change your wp template. Here is a good template I found for your site and you can download it for free http://www.wpthemes360.com/preview/786/. Go with a 336 x 280 text ad in between your post and blend the background and text colors. Also go with a 715 x 90 link unit on top and I am sure you will get a lotta CTR in 24 hours. Also work to build the traffic and I am sure you nice will earn a hell lotta revenue. Check details here.

i suggest you go with prosense grey theme just type in prosense theme in google and u will find it, try to add maybe a link unit by other links in your site
