help vps error what does it mean

    vps is on lxadmin

    my site still works but i keep getting a email of

    lighttpd restart
    port 80

    its done it 3times now dont know why

    lighttpd is the equivelant to apache so basically it is your webserver and if it keeps restarting i would suggest you send a ticket into your host and ask them to take a look at it hope this sheds some light on what the error is for you

    If Lxadmin is similar to cPanel, it could be mailing you that lighttpd is failing & was restarted automatically. You could consider tweaking lighttpd a bit, or upgrading your config to support your traffic, though I cannot say for sure without having a look at your problem.

    What happened to your keyboard ;)

    This could be a memory related issue which is why the lighthttpd service is failing.
