    Sir, we dont plan on staying on the alpha master long term, we are expecting to move to a dedicated server before at around the Christmas period.

    I just recently purchased a master reseller plan from Veio, the account was setup within 15 mins after payment and I was extremely happy with the level of support given to me. I had some issues accessing the server however after a short convosation with the Founder over MSN, he resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.     Providing hosting to customers from a reseller account is highly at risk as you dont have control over server and the owner can suspend you any time due to some reason....

    Welling, your account was suspended because you went against the ToS and used over 24% CPU which obviously sites for suspension, I unsuspended your account for you to make a backup but you couldnt connect because as soon as I unsuspended your account, CPU useage went through the roof again.

    Of course it is risky, but only as much as purchasing from any other company.

    what do you mean? i dont use your reseller account. i once purchased some time back just to test you. i never used it. what do you mean 24% when i dont use? you can delete the account if you like. i never used it. how cpu usage 24%? please be honest. by the way i have already purchased my dedicated so please delete my account instead of any controversy but what you said is not justified.

    I dont understand what you are talking about...1 domain. It was possibly a different client who used 24% if you were not suspended but I dont understand how it is any 'riskier' than purchasing with someone else, we have root access and 100% ownership over our accounts.

    you had probably an account under name matt ellis. after getting banned probably you use this name. i am not harassing you. When i tried to pm matt ellis i found banned. How will i know for sure you are that person?

    and you never responded to pm.

    Server has a total of around 800GB. You are a reseller under that and offering unlimited. Is server disc space unlimited?
