If I come across a site like this when I'm surfing the net I will probably
click on the back button because there are many sites like this on the web
that were made to scam people. As far as the design goes you should make
the font on the page smaller it's a little bit too large. You should get some
testimonials for the first page of the site as well, good luck with the site.

 

CSS can be better, try to use a better font.

 

I would suggest Dreamweaver/CSS
