Illustration Competition - 80$

I am holding a illustration competition.

I have pictures of a man, who is my father. I would give you some 640* 480 pics, in which he had good health and all and some good quality pics which was shot by 2 MP camera but his health deterioted. So, i need an illustration of him, in which he looks good. This illustration would be printed and framed. Therefore please be cautious on how you design.
If i dont get an illustration which looks good to me, i wont be selecting any contestant. Because framing a picture i dont like will be meaningless.
The 640*480 Pics, he shot them himself with his camera phone. They arent in quite well position. I would like if someone makes himself, rather than just copying the pic. I can raise the price more if the designers want more. But I want something which would be good.

I can't see the pictures. This is such a sweet thing to do by the way. I'm not that good with illustrations, but I will definitely give it a shot just because it's so meaningful.

Yea. These are good. But i am notlooking for such illustration. I need something . But not 3d. Something artistic and all. Something maybe like what corwquill has made in the post linked by lefty
