    I'm afraid, we don't offer windows vps currently.

    Everyone has a control panel which is best for him, not for all. Personally, I find LxAdmin as more functional, but for personal use, webmin is better.

    I would also like to tell that if you are unable to wait for 48 hours, please do not buy this item because we do have lot of orders, and sometimes setup is delayed. Don't order and there will be no trouble. :)

    I've had 10 disputes in last 12 hours.

    If your download speeds are slow, then its due to the fact the vps is on 10 Mbps port. You can upgrade it to 100 mbps for $10/m.
