Is there a way to block certain link unit ads?

I have a 728x15 link unit on the top of my website and one of the links says "naked " and I need to block that type of link showing up. The word "naked" (or any other adult themed words) does not appear anywhere on my website.

You can use Ad Filter after login to your account.

Filter the ad..go to your account and check filters.
Add the link of the website showing this add.

It will be filtered and updated after 5-6 hours.

I'm talking about the "KEYWORDS" within the Link Unit Ad itself, not the url addresses of the ads that come up AFTER someone clicks on a Link Unit.

    LINK UNIT not AD UNIT

I already know about the competitive ad filter for ad units. Does anyone get what I am saying here? I searched through the threads on this topic, and all of the answers on previous threads say the same thing as the two previous answers.

I don't think there is a sure way to block the unwanted keyword on adsense link unit.
I also have unwanted keyword on my link unit, but unlike yours that keyword contain word that do exist and also a part of my targeted keywords on my websites.

    Try this:
    • If you use 5 links on that 728x15 link unit, try reducing it to "Displays up to 4 links".
    • Try using google keyword tool, perhaps there is words on your website that 'related' to the word "naked" but you weren't realized. Then if you find that word and that word is not a part of your targeted keyword, use section targeting to ignore that word ( <!-- google_ad_section_start(weight=ignore) --> ).

And this is the official answer from google:

Thanks for the info!! It turns out I may not be able to filter the words I need to filter. I have a site about "Hannah Montana", and the link unit ad is "Naked Hannah Montana". My site is visited by 99% tween and teen girls. I can't have "Naked Hannah Montana" on those Link Units. I run a clean site for fans, and Adsense places THAT link keyword on my Link Unit.

I don't need no funky pedo BS sounding ads on my blog that is visited my children. It is pissing me off. I make good money off that Link Unit, and I have removed it, only to see the same "Naked Hannah Montana" ad keywords pop up on my 200x90 Link unit on the sidebar.

There should be a way to filter certain filth words from link units....

The words "naked" or "nude" do not appear anywhere on my website.

But I have discovered that they only pop up about 25% of the time, and are not there all the time.

But I still can't stand it.

Ok try this, go and find another site about Hannah Montana that uses adsense, try and find that very same ad and click on it. Note down the URL of the site it goes to and then stop this site from showing ads on your site using the filter mentioned above.

Just don't click on your own ads of course!

It does not go to a specific URL. TEXT LINK UNIT ads go to a search results page.

There is no way to filter out link unit keywords. Google quite clearly said that here link unit filtering.
What you may try is to replace the ad link code with another similar sized code. Interestingly, what I found is that when you replace an old code with a similar newly generated code, most of the keyword links are new too..
    Try it out
