DIEing website, should i sell it and move on??

    my site networktemple.com have over 32000+ members, was a very popular gaming site.. but it has slowly die out. How can i bring it back to life? or should i just sell it and move on?? PM me if you want to make an offer.

    It's in dire need of an overhaul, and with the sturdy foundation you've created, could bring in quite a bit more traffic than it already does...
