AdWords To Advertise Wordpress Blogs

Has anyone tried advertising wordpress blogs via AdWords?
I am just wondering on the QS that wordpress pages get, considering that the wordpress blog is on the same subject

 

I only ever use wordpress blogs for my sites nowadays.
Then I drive traffic either direct to the blog posts/pages or I create a landing page which is attached to the blog.

If the content is on topic then the QS is always great.

If you haven't seen my blog yet then you may not have seen how I use it to elevate my blog post per search for example if I'm blogging about the Democratic campaign in my main focus is about Barack Obama then I would use the tag called Obama that's what you call search engine relevancy but after you write that blog post and he submitted then go back and open the blog post and look at the key words that had blog post is coming up for chat that justifies the term blanks and the relevancy of that post.

alexei_aus have you been doing the same application with their blogs to great way to test it out to see where you're coming up in the major search and search results for. My question to you would be you making money with Google ad sense be honest.... if you are earning money from Google ad sense then please let the community here at DP know..... I'm very interested to find out where and how you're getting clicks on your ad sense because what gets me the whole thing about ad sense is once someone clicks one link on that blog or webpage even though you're focusing on Google ad sense.

Soon a person clicks a link on your webpage or Google ad sense links it takes and clear off to another webpage now how do people know to navigate back to the page they left?? this is based on common sense Google ad sense his name brand itself as a place where people think they can make money off of posting links from Google all of your webpages little bit they know it's a strategy to build Google.com. People claiming to make that a generous amount of money from Google search have at least 100 to 1000 websites for Google ad sense links on them.

So if you're a search engine optimizer if TrackBack are trying to get multiple clicks on your Google ad sense links you would need at least 1000 websites to generate 100 bucks a day one cents one click to speak as Google ad sense pays doesn't mean you will. And let's be honest here who really gets paid for Google ad sense these days the live search engines have tweaked themselves it's literally impossible for a person to actually make money with Google ad sense.

i use wp blogs and blogger blogs to work with hot trends and news events. i am actually just documenting this ll into an ebook. i make anywhere between $2 and $400 per day with google adsense. Its nothing overly complicated and I am trying to integrate optin boxes and get funnels to sell affiliate based products

If you are blogging about trends and news, the traffic should come automatically assuming you are early bird in reporting on these trends before they get saturated... Social marketing helps a lot on such sites built on news & trends

 

yeah thats pretty much what i do. a wordpress blog with social marketing is the key here as people in social networks talk about whats hot at the moment.

also wordpress.com is good to get backlinks from as they end up in google very tast. they have a joined tag directory where your tags appear...

 

alexei_aus hey that's some great information about WordPress I actually own six WordPress blogs and one of the most recent one that I put out has been getting a lot of comments and also a lot of spam I guess that's good as a justification of blog being pushed out they're being pushed to contact I don't have as links on it but maybe I should add some to it just to see if I can get some links clicked can you tell us the secret sauce to getting people to click your ad sense links with your blogs.

the secret sauce is long tail keywords that you need to optimize for so that your traffic comes from SE. this is then targeted traffic. They will give you about 5-10% click through rate with adsense.

Also make sure to position your adsense correctly.

Do not forget to have an optin box on your blog so that people subscribe to your blog's content. This way you will get returning customers. This affects bounce rate of your website and helps to keep it low, which makes your website a good website according to SE.

marc123, can setting up a wordpress blog and then dedicating a blog post to each affiliate product be ok regarding affiliate marketing or am i misunderstanding?

I could work that way, is that correct? and not neccessary to create landing page seperate to the blog then attaching?

 

Aaron, thanks for the good info and I agree wholeheartedly. I'm a noob here, but have a history elsewhere, and what you say makes good sense. Write a post, use your tags, then see what G thinks about it, that's is possibly a true test (SEO wise) and will give you good ammunition for future posts.

you do not have to be a professional Web copywriter to write content for websites although you need a lot of common sense when it comes to using words key phrases and meta-tags. The jargon is a combination of social networking together with content writing has an affiliation professional web copy.

The search engines love blogs and it is a very essential tool to feed the search engines unique excellent and good content. Although blogs are not the only way to get the message out there there are other applications such as submitting your blogs and articles to article directories.
