Woah, You people smacked it, I expected about 90% of you to say you could do it, but 90% of you say you cant even do 10 etc
100 pushups isnt hard, and you dont acheive anything by doing it, well I didnt anyway, Loads of people say it builds pecs, well for me it doesnt, I started and did pushups for around 2 months doing about 150 per day, 75 break 75
I noticed 0 changes so stopped

And to the OP, Why do you want to be able to do pushups? Do you want to build pecs or upper body strength?

start by doing them off of your knees or by leaning against a wall or steps, so that you're pushing up less of your weight. You'll get strong enough to do real pushups pretty quickly.

100 doesn't seem that hard, granted haven't done a push up in years, but I should be able to do at least 50 easily.

I've been doing push ups for a long time now... I can hit 60-70 easily... 100 wouldn't be too much of a problem :D

I used to be able to do about 70 in 2 minutes...100 p/u, not timed, should definitely be doable, although I don't know that it would only take 30 mins/week. Possible.

Actually, it is very possible to do 100 pushups in 6 weeks, even if you can only do a few right now. I was able to surpass 100 after only a couple weeks. I did not use this program, but if you just keep at it you can do it.

Actually, I just want to see if I am able to do 100 in a row :)

I am fairly fit, but I have never been able to do more than about 30. I have never focused on pushups though, until I found this site and thought I'd give it a try.

So, it's not because I am building my upper body strength or anything, I am just curious really.

100 push ups? that is impossible with me because my body is not made for sporting action, I'm at computer action like that making 10 push up is very hard for me to do.

Why do I need an E-book to be able to do 100 push ups? I am just 120 lbs and can manage 40-50 easily in summers.
