Just an update the domain is hosted with godaddy.com its part of the deal u get to keep it also expires 2009-02-13. Costs like 10 a year.

Also hosting is on my server if you want to keep it on there thats fine but costs $45/m but to be nice I will flatten to $40. Server been on for almost 2 years and works great but ur also welcome host it on ur own server!

again current offer is 500 bin is 1000 and its over Monday anytime of my choosing.

How many new forum setups per day (average)?

 

It really goes up and down not a ton but I would say 4-5.. Please note I don't even have a link back on any of the currently hosted forums.. I bet in the future if done right people be like oh wow free forum hosting click here or something.. Make a forum just like this one here!..

Anyways kind of low but the current traffic is decent.. Very well setup and also an amazing script.

yeah this one is trusted source he is going pay 350 now and another 350 in 2 months or so.

 

Sorry I'm not trying to put you off or anything, because you are getting a good price. But I would advise that you don't give over the site without full payment, you could be lucky to get the second payment of 350, or you will get it 4 months late or something (I am really just basing what I say on experience).

Running the site is cheap I'm paying more then I should for a VPS.. But it uses less 100gigs bandwidth Id say around 50-60 and about 2 gigs space. I would have 4-5 for backups and such just make room to work.

Right now the offer is at 700. Trusted person from the script site will offer me 350 now and 350 in 2 months. Kind sucks but I know its real hes got a great ratting.

Now if anyone can top that I'm all ears. He will not be paying me to the 24th but I'm making it a done deal today more likely.
