    is this an adult site? I don't understand russian. I doubt if google accept adult sites.

    There are too many content on your page, so try to reduce a bit so that your ad looks more obvious , and ctr should increase as well.

    thats not so high CTR i know people haveing 6+% and they are fine.

    Frankly speaking, 1.5% CTR is consider an average. I believe you already do the ads optimization.
    Besides study on the ads optimization, content sometime might help on increase your CTR

    it's a pity
    month ago my site had attendance about 10 000
    now it's about 20 000, but i get the same money from adsense..

    Google did not allow ads to adult sites, It can be resulted in banning your accounts....

    I can't find link to your site. But in any case, 1.5% may not be bad. It's really depend where your traffic is coming from.
