Google like such a website that contains alot of websites link? If there are thousands of thousands of link in single site So google like this site to rank higher?? Actually i am making the site that have only the links of other sites you can say its Database of website that stores other sites link.

No you may not - go for getting some useful links from the sites you listed first. The content of those sites should be relevant to yours
Your logic or information in backwards. Google will not like your site because it is a "link farm" or a list of URLs. Google wants sites to have links coming to your site. (Good) Your site has links leaving your site. (Bad)

no, google likes link from related sites, which means if the content of your website have related content to other site, and the other site have link to your site. Google prefer related links then lot of links.
