Hi! I would like to ask you for clarifying two things: 1. I heard that google take care if each page of your website has similar theme. Because of that it won't be good if you have one site about cars and next for computers right? I am curious how google figure out this similarity in themes of pages? If I want to create site about Christmas and I want to add guides there how to buy presents like Where to buy watches, what to take care of watches etc. You see it make sense for human does it make sense for google? 2. Link to your sites are better if they are from sites which are similar to yours right? How about catalogs?
Thanks for reply. I don't get it. You mean create blog for each type of present(watches, perfume etc) and link to some main website? What will be there? What will be difference in content then?
If you have several websites based on completely different themes then just DON'T link these to each other, this way your site's will deem to be irrelevent. It really comes down to your linking strtegy, if you have sites about cars, interlink them as well as get inbound links from relevant sites. Do the same with the other sites but make sure that they're relevant. Thats how Google develops a picture of your sites theme.
