Oh You are in right, for example: example A) 10 back links for anchor phrase that is under 500 000 results in google(some are permanent on page, some are side wide, both from do follow blogs on Your anchor text(side wide will be showed on larger amount of pages)) is $25. About gray hat,well from goolge perspective those links are 101% white, but way that I am getting them is bit gray,just bit. example B) Everything same as example A but anchor text is keyword for which G gives you 50 000 000 results, price is $75 and so on... I hope that You are understanding the point.
