I am looking for a decent CPM network?

    I am looking for a decent and reliable CPM network (so pays on impressions and not per click!) that pays either via PayPal or UK Bank Deposit.

    The adverts shown though, must not generate pop-ups (as I hate them and other hate them too).

    Anyone got any ideas?
