you can order 2CO Debit Card which is free (Payoneer) ... but it will take around 2 weeks to arrive.. then u can transfer your 2CO Balance to Debit Card & withdraw from any local ATM Machine..
yes Rads is right.. you can try 2co prepaid card from payoneer..i am using that...or you can ask wire transfer to ur local bank...2co also sent some to wire transfer to localbanks..but this mat take time..also send ask help in 2co support section.
If you need the money next week then probably your only option would be to get your money via wire transfer for this time around while at the same time applying for the Payoneer card option which should arrive before the next billing cycle. The Payoneer card has the option of loading up to about US$7,500 each time so hopefully that would give you a lot of room to play with.

normally 2co bank wire transfer very speed. just 24-48 hours Wiretransfer time. you said, still you didnt receive money, you need to contact 2co support center. PS: did you receive any mails from Risk at 2checkout dot com ? and check your bank accounts details again.
