Paypal acount is not possible in our country what to do?

I am a Bangladeshi and there is no provision for create paypal account from here but u know in many sells and buy its essential for sending and receiving money..

Is there any suggestion how to get paypal account or any other alternative ?

i am using payoneer card with 2checkout and Plimus.
2checkout is good..if you are a good person..but they suck some charge..
2checkout pay you in ur payoneer master card..
you can cash your card money from only Standern Charterd Bank's ATM in Bangladesh..i think this is the only alternative from bangladesh..for bangladeshi to accept paypal fund.

also use varified paypal account [varified by Vcc] to buy some thing online..or you can also verify and load money from your payoneer card..to paypal to buy anything from internet.also use some IQ when using paypal or some payment processor..always try to trade with trustable person..

f you do not get bandwidth at affordable cost. Then its impossible to earn good money from web.

Even if you are a programmer or Designer. For testing and research purpose you need lot of bandwidth.

And if you are internet marketer. Posting comments to 1000s of blogs or Myspace profiles or uploading 100s of you tube videos or link building is not possible with low bandwidth.

Outside countries get 8MBPS 10MBPS internet lines easy.

How will you compete with them with your slow internet speed?

I'm also facing the same problem. My country also doesn't support receiving. I have a paypal account but I can only pay money using it. I have to use it since I make online payments and most sellers have paypal payment option. I think your country paypal support for sending money, so its advisable to create a paypal account though you can't receive. Moneybooker or Alertpay would be some alternatives but most buyers have paypal accounts so again we'll have to face the problem of getting money from them. There are some services exchange PayPal money to moneybooker or Alertpay but we'll have to pay another additional amount for that conversion. I saw some people adviced to purchase paypal VCC and create paypals but don't know whether it the solution for the problem we are facing, because many members in DP advised its a risky job.

Moving to another country is not solution. but you can do something like this. you can tell a relative or friend of yours lives in UK,US or some other country accept paypal to create an account for you. They will have to submit their bank account details. Its a good solution as I see.
