promoting coupon site..

I am trying hard to promote my new Coupon site and was looking for ideas.I have submitted to directories,joined coupon/freebies forums,and have contacted local merchants about them making printable coupons.What other places could i get the word out?thanks

 

If you are trying to build traffic, you might consider starting an article campaign. Having a regularly updated blog on the site, with relevant posts can also help.

One other thing I noticed was the product descriptions. I would re-write them so it is original content. As it is now, the descriptions are dupe content, so you are getting no benefit from them. This will greatly improve your rankings and your long tail search results.

I have thought of that as well..i am going to start rewritting them just a little to avoid that issue.thanks
