please HELP!!! My bandwidth exceeded!

    I spent a whole lot of money to advertise my site so that i can make money from adsense but my bandwidth exceeded and i contact the provider but it take a long time for them to answer. My site is a proxy my hosting is clandrive can somebody help me? PLEASE!

    I don't need another web host. I got this one just need to update my bandwidth and are you sure the hosting allow proxy?

    Yes thats what i wanted to say if u want to increase bandwith u will have to contact your current host... Other host can not give u bandwith like that

    I just change the domain to another hosting and waiting for it to switch hopefully it works. Godaddy take a frikin long time to update the dns server.

    Hi guys, the user was able to upgrade his bandwidth once he contacted us.

    There was a delay in upgrading his package as he left a message on our LiveChat system, which isn't monitored regulary (for when we are offline on livechat). Best way to get hold of us quickily is through support tickets or e-mail if we're not on any instant forms of communication.

    I also don't check Digitalpoint messages often so not the best way to get support either - which is the first way the user tried to contact us which was through PM. Was responded to and resolved within 2 hours.

    Overall: For urgent support e-mail as that is monitored regulary, through our computers and PDAs. :). We can answer even if we are not at computers.
