I have made 3 posting in my new blogspot blog and burned the feeds too
what should i be doing next inoreder to index it in google

create a lot of posts in your blog and search for related blogs like yours and comment in them with a link back to your own blog.

 

u must submit your blog in directories. Sitemap will help too.

Indexing it is easy.

Get a link from a regularly crawled site ( Eg DP signature), and you will be indexed in no time at all.

And Manojkumar, you are not a new " bee " but a newbie

 

i think adding google analytics will help u to understand more

Submit here your blog but 3 posts are not enough and no use to submit it in Google but if you are planning to have more posts later then just submit it to above link and it will be great because Google will index your website till you start making other posts but it might take very long period somethime if you just submit it to google. So create some backlink here in your signature if you are allowed as it is do-follow and submit it to social bookmarking but I can't say that you will be indexed fast because Google has stopped counting link from social bookmarking sites and you are new here so there won't be googd PR in your posts to make Google to crawl fast.

 

all you need is links from other sites that are already indexed.
