Where are you getting the traffic from and why aren't you getting the traffic that most programs allow. Like you said, it is awfully hard to make the money with that traffic if no affiliate/ad network allows you to make sales from them.
if you want to make money you can try adding a members only section for a certain price, they get better stuff
I have to agree with zurpit on this one. Make a paid member section on the forum were only paid members have access. Make sure you put some good stuff in it.

Hmmm... good question! I think a section for paid members is worth trying, but nothing can make money other than real GOOD stuff.
I would try marketing some products too them, maybe try and contact an Indonesian retailer or something and work with them directly?
