I would maybe like to start buying proxies but had a couple questions first. 1. What is the best way to promote a proxy. Is promoting a proxy really difficult because of how many their are out there. And how much does it usually cost to promote one. 2. Do you need a specific kind of host for a proxy. Would hosting a proxy on hostgator be ok? If not what are some good hosts? 3. What ad company's are best for proxies. I know that you can not post with adsence as you could get banned. What are some good ones out there. Thanks in advance to anyone who could help! Noc
1. You can submit your proxy to proxy top site or pay to send emails to other proxy email groups. I offer submission to 150+ proxy topsites for only $5 which will give you about 200 uniques daily. No it's not dificult to promote because new proxies are in demand because school keep filtering them out. 2.Yes you need a host that allow proxies, i don't think hostgator does. 3. Adsense is fine with proxies as long as ou put it on the index page only and put adversal on your proxified pages.

when you open a proxy site you will get index page when you browse myspace , orkut in that proxy you are seeing proxified page

GoDaddy hosting allows php proxies but they don't offer support for cgi proxies. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
