So, i read about them somewhere and sign up. Then, I can't login, so I send in a request via their contact form. I get four responses. Three from some guy, who cannot spell, or write in correct english grammar, and one from a programmer that has a shiftcode.com e mail address. yet, they say they have been around since 2003 and legit. Anyone use them, have any information? I'm always a bit leery when i get an e mail like I got today. Thanks
now i'm really confused. i went back to their site, and even though the guy in e mail told me they have been around since 2003....their site says "Oct 2, today we launched marketgain.net" is this red flags, lol, or just me?
We are full fledge USA corporation, we been in business from 2003 , and we own Shift Code, Market Gain and several other sites, if your email server blocks your confirmation e-mail is not our fault, and stop bashing us on the forums, we been as helpful as we can. We did launch Market Gain on the 2nd of October. Our business name is Gain Corporation, maybe you will like to read some of the pages on the sites to find out who we really are, instead of just jumping to conclusions. Every nut out there, which is dissatisfied with its own problems, just jump in to a forum and start bashing a company with out thinking of the consequences, according to the law in this country that is called slander, you get it?
She criticize me for my spelling, I deal with customers from 120 different countries and have to support them on six different languages, its true that some time I do not pay attention, but her as an American could figure out what I am saying, even if I misspell it. That is very rude, English is not my maternal language, but at least I made an effort to learn it. She is criticizing me, but if I remember correctly when you talk about yourself you suppose to use an uppercase I. She is the one who does have no excuse for using bad writen English.
Oh man. OK, yeah, like I said, I am always leery when getting an e mail like the one you sent. But if you are trying to gain affiliates, I don't think this is the best way to do it. I simply stated that you did not use correct grammar (which you don't, obviously English is not your first language). I don't think that was rude at all....I think some scams that I have been a victim of have been similar. I certainly didn't intend to start a public fight on a forum....I asked a question, if I remember correctly. And you are an AM? Are you the owner? Of shiftcode? I can't believe this is how they represent themselves. How amazing. I don't care to be a part of your network, you may delete my account. There are too many good affiliates out there than to have to work with someone rude. Oh, and btw, I am not a nut .....and have no problems I am dissatisfied with. So this whole thing is about cupidcash not receiving a confirmation email when joining? Anyway, I'm with them and trust them since I've had a ShiftCode site for almost two years now with no issues whatsoever. They are quick in answering everything and are always there to help. It's no question that they will scam or not, they won't.
no, it's not. I don't come on here and bash any affiliate, especially over something like that. I also don't criticize people or judge them on their english speaking/writing ability. I just ask questions about affs I haven't heard of. You can go back and check my posts if you would like. the post was started because i haven't been able to find anything on them, and wanted to know if ppl had heard of them or not. i was having confirmation problems, which were already solved at the time of this post, so had no bearing on anything. i had not heard of them, did not know they were gain corp, and was just looking for information. not about a confirmation e mail, more about the responses i got when I sent in a reset request.
You are defintely not a lawyer and may want to learn the laws of this country before trying to spew them in a forum. Slander is an oral (spoken) statement about a person that harms the persons reputation. Libel is printing a lie. In addition DP then could be found guilty of libel, as under the law, it would be a crime to publish such a libel In this case the OP did not post a lie....and DP is without guilt. They posted their experience with your company, which is the truth. Lastly it is most definitely your responsibility to make sure your e-mail can be delivered without hitting somebody's spam folder. If your server is blacklisted who else would be responsible but your company? You're indifference in the e-mail matter shows a lack of professionalism to say the least.
On my email to cupid cash I explain how to get to her account, and our system has a resent confirmation email option, in her last email sent to me, she told me that she is fed up with this and made a rude remark, like we do not want her to join or something, we are not in a position to argue with all the prospective users, as every one knows in this industry you get all kind of people to join. The fact that she picks up on my spelling was very rude, as I mention before I was foreign born, and I have to deal with several languages on my support to our users, some time I am tired and I do not pay attention, just go on any chat room to see what people type intentionally and not criticize me for my spelling, English is not an easy language and is full of abstracts and idiotic pronunciation or writing, like is no F in enough, I come from a Latin language background and one character is one sound, you are very quick to judge me for not being professional, at least I try to communicate in your own language. As for me it does not matter where I come from I am not a scammer, and if I am a foreigner, so you are all as the only true Americans are the Indians of this country, or to be politically correct natives. I did not come to this forum to recruit publishers, and that gentleman which is bashing our software in his blog, should know better, is enough room on the internet for all of us. For the gentlemen which give me legal advise I appreciate it, seams to me that he has a personal interest in this matter, as he is very quick to point that I am foreigner and I am suppose to learn the laws of this country, seams to me that some people are very chauvinistic and resent every one which is not born in this country, foreigners and immigrants have made this country great, ask your grand parents. Our servers are not blacklisted by any one, you asume that, and we did take care of this person, but her patience is not something you find every day, you are all assuming things with out knowing, good work.

This is about the fact that I got three emails from you, one of them saying you didn't even have a record of me signing up (though you really did, eh?)....and in those e mails, yes, sorry to say...poor grammar and poor spelling. I did not know who you were, geez, I APOLOGIZE FOR CRITICIZING THIS MAN'S ENGLISH TALENT. Like I've said before, I have seen many scams and been victim of a few with similar email "properties". THAT is why I came here....to ask if anyone had dealt with you before. People gave their opinions, noone did anything wrong, imo. I said in the post above that the issue with my signup had already been resolved, that was not even an issue...therefore neither was my patience. As far as my last e mail....here it is verbatim: well, I must be, or you wouldn't be sending me my password and signin info. ( <--referring to him telling me I am not in their system at all) that's ok....I'm concerned with these e mails anyway. I'd rather not. Nowhere does it accuse you of anything, or say anywhere something as you claim. Just to let you know, Marketgain was to make their first payouts on the 30th. They sent out an email today saying they were going to be a net 30 company but know payments for a week or so. They would contact us when they were going to pay. I will post if they do pay or not but this is the first payment do and they dont pay it as agreed.
I am sure that they will pay us, the problem most owners are having is these statements: We delete members which arwe comiting fraud, not people which are honest Many of the members of incentive owners are up in arms because it sounds like they are going to go into the site database and delete members. I know that is not true or at least I believe he only means they will block them which I applaude. I sent him an email and I hope I explained it well enough so he will change that from "delete" to "block" members.
