the same is happen with me after getting my site pr3 from the next day it shows 0 backlinks then after 3,4 days i got them back
it happenned to me also, it s just because the update as they mentioned, try to use sometimes different back link checkers, it can help...
i tend to concentrate on google and havent even checked if we have any yahoo links , is it done the same way as when you check with google ???
When they update the system that happens, if you have solid backlinks they come back up in a couple days. But if your backlinks are dead, then they are gone sorry, but dead backlinks don't make money either.
mayb they are trying to update something 1 of my site has been indexed in google and around 127 pages indexed in google but in yahoo only 38 normally reverse happens
If your site is qualified enough, your backlinks will get to back. This is because of a bug or Yahoo updates. Don't worry about it too much. Just wait with patience.
I thought yahoo updates server that's why your link is not showing after some time your all link will be back.

Looking at your sig links for your site, it has no theme...you are trying to be all things from one domain - christmas cards, wallpapers, & gods love have no relation to each other. Also Google will only count one of those links in your sig file so you might want to choose one to use. Basically your site has quality issues which is your problem...not the search engines.
lol, I knew the answer to the title before I even opened it. If you are using a link popularity tool, click on the "0". or type - link:www.yoursite.com into yahoo. they are just updating things.
I have since 11+ years GREATEST success with my site - as is - with G and any/all other SE. I never noticed a traffic reduction when Y had damaged data. Google gives excellent traffic and excellent SERPS across all topics I offer on ONE site. life continues without Y as well as with Y for me.
