Right now I have a sales e-mail I send to prospects and it's about 15mb which is freaking HUGE!

    PDF 5mb
    PDF 3mb
    Power Point 5mb (Screenshots)

++ other stuff small tho 700kb etc...

Anyone know how I can trim this down substantially?

    Thanks

    Brian

from my experiences, you need to open the files in Adobe Acrobat Proffessional 8, or 7, and choose print. make sure you print in adobe and it will reduce much in size

So I need to choose the print option and save then after that?

Can I open the existing documents and save as print?

I was doing this as well and tracked how often a prospect actually took the time to download the file and 93% of the time the prospect never touched the ftp files!

So now I want to add them in the e-mail to ensure they have a copy!

p.s I have 19mb of files and with the programs I mentioned it's sitting at just under 10mb :)
