Building a website with frontpage, how could I build it whereas if you click on the domain name theres no website so I can build the whole website without people being able to go on it, then publishing it all. I no i could do it without publishing but I want to publish it to see how it would turn out on browsers.
Its depends on your operating system. If your are using windows operating system then I shall try to solve your problem.
Set up your own comp as a webserver and surf to it via localhost (127.0.0.1) and then try it with whatever browsers you want...
If you want to see it 'live', just upload the site without creating a home page name ("index.html", "default.html", etc.). Use "index2.html" or some other version till you have your site complete. Then, change that name to your chosen home page name.
Yes I am using windows operating system. Another question. Is building a website similar to www.goldpaq.com difficult to do with frontpage or does that website seem fairly easy to do within 3-4 weeks?
Do you install IIS in your PC ? Only knowledge of Frontpage is not enough for building website like www.goldpaq.com. You have to manually add extra css, javascript, vbscript so on.. to your page.
Just create a new web (folder) and create the website in that folder, don't try and work directly on the web. Then when you're done upload it to the web either using FP or an FTP program. But I wouldn't use FP because it's creates terrible code (so I'm told) and has been discontinued (it's now expressionweb or something) There's a good free WYSIWYG at http://kompozer.net that's very similar to FP, at least the interface. You can view other browsers at http://anybrowser.com but I wouldn't get to hung up on it, just optimize it for Firefox, the screen size is more important.
