Hi everyone, I have a special interest in watching the Mixed Martial Arts matches and tournaments and it really amazes me how the fighters keep themselves up to date in terms of health. Anyone on that platform requires a perfect body and one of my friends has a passion for this and so I want to gather as much information as I can in terms of keeping fit in this fight game. If you have any information on this, please let me know.

MMA is really getting to be one of the most watched fights among the fighting arena. The fighters are a real tough bet and getting physically involved in this game like your friend who aspires to be a MMA fighter must need to be in total control of his fitness and maintain his body to the best. Recently, I stumbled upon fightfit that has good information for a MMA fighter and holds great value in terms of fitness and nutrition.

How old are you? Normally for martial arts you start when you are about 5 to 6 years old and take up to 10 years before you are expert in an area. It takes a lot of efforts and a lot of determination. The horse stance, the basics will take you a couple of years and thats the most boring.

I guess you have to go to an MMA gym first. Lots of people there know their craft, I guess it would be a big help if you directly go to them.

I was join martial art when i was 13 years old and even i already reach a good grade I'm still doing a basic training to improve myself day by day. Now, i already stop training martial art but still keep my stamina high thru jogging and jumping rope.
