Question about CJ and Advertisers - How CJ control advertisers?

I wonder if it possible that CJ advertisers can mark most of sales made from publishers as "reversed" "fraud" and do whatever they wanted to prevent paying to affiliates without any policing from CJ. How CJ can control over them? If they told CJ "This sale is a fraud" then CJ would believe in everything they said or put some effort to investigate?

I have some sales reversed with highly doubt for "Others" reason. I sent message asked advertisers about the reversed transactions twice but never got any replied from them. I asked help from CJ and all CJ can told me is "You have to ask advertisers youself".

Are advertisers has the power over CJ? Can't CJ do anything for protect legit publishers from fraud attempt by advertisers? It seems that advertisers can do whatever they wanted without any policing from CJ. So curious.

If you lose a sale, CJ would also lose a commission from the advertiser. I believe CJ has an internal system that verifies every claim by the advertiser and publisher.

That is correct - CJ loses their 30% fee that they make on top of your commission if a sale/lead is reversed.
There is no such system. However, advertisers are contractually obligated to only reverse commissions when there is a legitimate reason.

Think about it - advertisers want to pay you for the customers that you send. If they reverse all commissions, they won't have affiliates for very long...

Is this mean advertisers may not reverse all transaction but may do some reverse on legit transaction instead? They will save themselves a lot of money to pay on both CJ and publishers if they done to many publishers, a little on each of them, while they can still have an affiliate working with them because they still be paid. Since there is no such a system to policing with advertisers, then I hardly to believe that advertisers would obligate with only such a contract.

I have already asked this similar question to CJ and the answered to me is, they have their own method to actively monitor both advertisers and publishers, but they cannot disclose about this for security reason. So....who told me the truth? You or CJ staff?
