I never said I wanted to buy them. Same opinion, good domains but the .info domains makes the value go down. Reg fee undeveloped IMO.
where are you guys searching? If you don't think Hewlett-Packard and Canon have registered trademarks, I have news for you.... http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=d4p5j7.3.29 http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=d4p5j7.4.143
How many more times must it be written on domain forums that you never register trademarked domain names?! This is a classic case of potential cybersquatting. Delete the names from your account immediately, it'll cost you about 20 cents per domain to cancel them if done within the first 5 days of registration - you may as well save yourself the $15.00 or so to get something a lot better than these two, that are not trademark violations. If on the other hand you shrug the advice off, saying to yourself, it doesn't matter, no, I want these two and I'm going to keep them, well, that's your risk, however you might want to research the subject thoroughly before deciding to do anything at all with these two domain names. They are worth precisely $0.00 each, unless you can find someone stupid enough to buy them off you who also is totally ignorant of the law. Phil Craig a domain lawyer and very active in the world of domain names in his own right, produced a video once on this very subject, you can watch it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGyJx_9iSO4&fmt=18 I think this is the one, my sound has just conked out on this laptop. Have a listen / watch the video and then tell me that registering trademark domains is still a good idea.
