Linkshare VS Commission Junction?

Ok, I currently use CJ - it is cheapper to start and the fees are lower. I have never used LinkShare. So can I get some feedback on these two programs. Hopefully from people who have used both too!

They're both pretty solid networks, but I've never really liked the way LinkShare is set up. You have to set up a separate profile for every website you run and apply for different offers within those profiles, whereas with CJ you just enter all of your info and apply for everything through your main account. It's much less tedious, to me.

I manage programs on both and they each have their pros and cons. LinkShare was the largest network until a few years ago. They started weekly payouts which means when the merchant pays the network you get paid within a week. The network seems to be down a lot though.

CJ is now the biggest network and has the best reporting and interface.

What are you looking for in particular?

low payouts
less tracking.

What was your startup cost? I heard it is about 5K.
What is the min monthly payment? I heard 1K.
Yearly fee? I have heard 2K.
Per transaction fee? I heard 3%.
Did I hear right?
Does linkshare allow you to run both CJ and them?
