You don't have a "changed my mind I think I will subscribe" link after you exit the promote your website for free page and then press cancel to get to the "why didd'nt you subscribe page". I bet you could increase your conversion by a a couple of % or so. I mean why not, you've already lost that customer you might as well try to get them back.
those links are not landing pages. those are merchant pages with your affiliate link embedded in them. landing pages normally refer to intermediate pages where u pre sell merchant products.
1. Use a landing page to capture their email address. 2. Now send them a 5 day follow up 3. At the very end of each one, promote your affiliate link. 4. Now start sending traffic to your squeeze page! That's it

Its difficult to show you landing page.But while making yours keep some things in mind. 1.Don't fill it up with text. 2.Use bold headlines to grab attention and try to bold the essential keywords used all around,so that visitors will understand the page in one glance. 3.Make sure you include proper color combination.
