How to generate Meta tags?

Hi,

I want to generate meta tags, But id don't know how to do that?

So, Need help.

I am not using any meta tag generator. I am writing manually, IMO it is the best way to write meta tags.

Meta tags generator can not give as better result as we can give. So i suggest that write meta tags manually.

 

Here is the format for the basic meta tags:

<title>MAIN KEYWORD</title>
<meta name="description" content="YOUR DESCRIPTION">
<meta name="keywords" content="YOUR KEYWORDS">

yeah there is no need to auto generate them. theyre easy to write

this is right and correct information. you should go in google keywords suggest and find your relevant keywords.........

 

There is no benefit in using these tools or think you will gain a SEO advantage from using them. It is the information you place in the "content" field that will, and these tools don't do that for you.

I would look at http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=79812&query=meta+tags&topic=&type= for what Google recommends. The order of the tags is ok. Just focus on putting your keyword phrase in each tag (left justified as much as possible). And publish it.

Wait 3 weeks, and come back to DP and ask for advice again but supply the URL. The comments will help you greatly.

 

If i dont have any meta tags, would it affect my website in a bad way?

 

Yeah, maybe ! if you will not add any of keywords, you will decrese your rank ...

 

writing meta tags manually is always recommended. hope you know how to do it manually. though it may take alot times. i checked your site. its cool lol!
