I am trying to rank better for the search term- "Dog food review"

Can you guys take a look my site: http://dogfoodchat.com and let me know if you see anything I can do to rank better that search term.

If not I will focus more on getting quality links.

 

I don't think you could be any more subtle I'd concentrate on building back links.

 

There are millions of pages returned for you keyword. All of the web pages on the top page of google have hundreds of backlinks. This is where you have to start - developing your backlinks. However, I would most likely start with keywords that have less competition, it is going to take a while to see results on big competition keywords and you will be waiting on the traffic for quite some time.

 

Is there a reason to be subtle?

I haven't really done any link building besides adding it to my signature, so it should be to hard to move up to the second position.

I am on the first page for "Dog food reviews" and I haven't done any link building. It seems like it would be pretty easy to move up a little more.
