$15 Logo Contest - Need logo for web directory - ends this sunday!

    Hey everyone,

    I'm all about contributing to the forums here at DigitalPoint as much as I can. I've come up with another contest for you all to keep you working :p

    I need a logo created for my new web directory, Swerp. Please go take a look at the site and the colors I've used.

    Requirements
    • Logo should fit nicely up in the top left corner of the site where it currently says "Swerp"
    • Use the same colors as are currently being used on the site.
    • Must have unique flair about it. Make it something people will remember.
    • Should contain the word "Swerp"
    Contest ends Sunday, Oct. 19th at 5:00PM CST.

    Payment will be made via PayPal to the winner, who will be contacted via PM. Please POST your images in the thread. Please do not PM them to me.

    tickey - I like the simplicity of the logo, but I am looking for something that stands out more.
    mrwordsworth - I don't believe the blue color you used is the same as what is used within the site. I don't really like that font, but I do like your attempts at putting something under the logo and next to it to make it stand out.
    Karinna - I like what you've done, but it's not really what I am looking for with Swerp.
    sariga sariga - Again, I like the simplicity of this logo. I am looking for something more web2.0. I'm not really sure I like the thing above "Swerp", but it's a good start.
    thelebeau - Great looking logo, but not really what I am looking for with this directory. Again, good start :)
    Vivko - unique idea, but would like to see some modifications.
    Rover.SC - my favorite so far. Has a web 2.0 feel to it. Nice looking design next to the words. Good looking logo. Can I see it with other designs next to it?

    I like the font and logo, but it's hard to tell how it would look on the site with the watermarks and such.
