Everybody is good, I am studying English, ask that what good website everybody does have or the chatroom introduction?
What? Sorry mate but I can't follow what you are saying. Did you just translate something with babelfish? If you are trying to learn english over the internet just google: 'Learn english' in your native language and see what comes up! Best of luck with that!
Also try to read post here, you can make a progress in English and reap the benefits of experiences from webmasters' posts. The more you learn, the harder you study, the easier you will find in mastering English.

Watch lots of English movies, it really does help. Watching movies in Mandarin improved my skills in that language
I thinks my grammar is bad and spelling is wurse ... I can has engleesh lessons two? note to OP: do not learn any english from me... I only speak lolcat
Well , i'm probably not speaking a "proffesional" English nor i can say its very good , but I am sure far from bad... It took me about 4 years to learn it to the current stage , and i can assure you that online games are probably the best source to learn English, by making new friends talking with them , learning new words everyday , having actual practice and not just pointless translation of words and noting them in your notepad ( which is of cource helpfull as well - but thats not the point ) Anyways watching TV without knowing word in English , comeon try learning any language out there by seeing the subtitles , i can assure you - you won't even know about word people are talking about... Reading easy books could actually help though... Just a tip , don't always go into dictionary to translate each and every word, English is a pretty easy language and sometimes its enough to understand just a few words from the sentence to understand it fully... sorry for any mistakes you encounter there
There are some good mp3 files and other resources at BBC website - http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/ .
Listen to more English songs, watch English movies, speak English. You will learn something if you do that
