    It is definitely got to be India...but unfortunately there are still many poor people still begging on streets. The smart people are very rich, the "stuipid" are very poor...

    How did I know we'd get 3 pages of "India" and "USA"

    Why not start naming countries where famous scientists and theorists came from?

    Places like Greece and Egypt haven't been mentioned even though they had famous mathematicians.

    Countries like England and Germany barely get a mention even though they had incredible scientists.

    Russia is one of few (two?) countries to get a man on the moon/space etc...

    As for average IQs -
