I created a NETELLER account and I've deposited 100€ there, the 100€ went to my account, however, the next time I tried to login I got: I don't understand, please help me out here. What can I do? No money, no account. Edit: I forgot to say that I tried their online chat, I waited half an hour there in the queue and I always get a "Connection refused" message in the end. I tried it 4 times in 2 different computers.

The Web/Email Support support isn't working also... this is really unprofessional of them. Chat not working, e-mail not working (redirects to the signup page when "Continue..." button is pressed). How is a customer supposed to reach them?
Once again, try it out. Neteller is a good service, They may lock your account for strong reasons Do you have multiple accounts? Some One may logged your account and may try to send it.
Those guys are hopeless. I had a similar bad experience where they didn't respond after having received all the required docs.
