    Hello I cannot receive or withdraw money in paypal becuase my country is not in the paypal country list. so please advice me what is the best alternative method?

    are there withdrawal limit or receiving limit for moneybooker? and howlong does it take to complete the account registration process and start operation with it. Andalso what are the disadvantages of MB comparing with Paypal.

    The only Moneybooker disadvantge that I know is that they are not widely use as Paypal. But they're gaining more popularity each day.

    no,it's not possible.
    in the terms and conditions of them had mention that the money cannot be exchange with other virtual currencies,even to e-gold,webmoney,LR etc,or they may limit/suspend your account.

    I find MoneyBookers to be far better than PayPal. Not only are there fees much cheaper but you don't have the looming threat of a false chargeback being made.
