Do you have a WordPress plugin you'd like created? I'm looking to create a series of open source WordPress plugins that have not already been created, or that are out there, but really need something better. Please post your ideas and detailed requirements if you have them. While I can't guarantee I'll do all of them, I will let you know if I create yours, and send you the link to test it out. Please create a super easily installed Auto-Blog updating script that works on upload to HostGator hosting... There are auto-blog scripts out there but ive had trouble with them. Make one that does everything automatically too... Such as don't have to figure out how to use cron job crap to run the script... Thanks a ton in advance!

I am looking for an open source & free wordpress Plugin which allows Wordpress to be converted into a Paid Membership site which capabilities like Recruiting Monthly/early Payments, Paypal & Credit Card support, Track New Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellations, allow affiliates and they can track their sales and commission data too.
Some part of website is available to Free Members only and full access to Paid Members like Teasures but only for Registered Members.It automatically Processes Subscriptions and Activates it after receiving the confirmation of Payment.

 

That sounds like a great idea. I know there are some paid plugins that do this, but an open source one would be great.

 

I would say... plugin that lets you put affiliate products of choice on the sitebar for monetization.

 

Magicinthedesert, thanks for this unique possibility. I would like to have these plugins created:

1. Adsense revenue sharing based on click per each person. There are some that share the revenue in page view bases; others have their adsense shown equally. I need sth different.

Let's say there are 3 authors. Each other have posted a different number of posts and their posts have different refers form Google. What I want the plugin to do is to show adsense from the user of the post per each post. In different words, each author will have his/her adsense shown at their posts.

2. I would like to have a free version of the OIO publisher which makes visitors possible to have their ads in the blog automatically by paying with paypal.

These aren't really plugin ideas, but I'd love to have Wordpress be able to become a link directory or a video site (like Youtube). If you were able to script something like that, I think it would be a big hit.

As for a plugin I would love someting that allows users to "suggest/submit a site" similar to watch-movies or sidereel... sidereels ajaxified process is very nice.
