Rather than just embedding the youtube link, try to post contents along with the blog post as well. Try not to insert too many keywords for your tag clouds because it looks quite cramp over there.
The rest like design and navigation for both blogs should be ok.

surely you are missing content, remember if you need organic traffic to your site you need to have content, cause bots doesn't crawl flash stuff and videos.

 

Try to follow what lycos said here. It's really, you've lots of youtube videos in a single page.

That's ok buddy , but it doesn't mean that you place all the videos in one page. Try to make some different look of your site and also there've lots of professional web designer in DP, I sure someone will help you. Videos are video, they play in same line whether you placed them in empty page or in a full text page. So, just try to make change the style of output and promote it to your users like something different than others are doing in the net.
