    Does links from blog comments "always" counted by Google as backlink if it is DoFollow?

    Yep. Even nofollow will be counted, but so called link-juice wont pass on.

    Not necessary. It all, very much, depends on the site owner's configuration, if it allows a "DoFollow" on the link tag.

    How about the backlinks coming from the homepage of the blog like blogger blogs, is it counted?

    Yes, they are counted as long as the blogs are dofollow.

    I'm do you mean NoFollow? I'm not familiar with DoFollow. with NoFollow, as far as i know, it wont be counted. Why not have an SEO Consultant for that?

    Yeah! But I would suggest that you focus to comments on do follow blogs that are related to your niche. The big G doesn't count no follow links. :)

    Nope, its not like that, Google considers few of them and its randomly selects the best relevant links for your website.

    yes, It is very usefull to comment on dofollow blog. If dofollow blog has higher pr than it is more beneficial for you.
