    The color + layout looks nice and Forum section is also well organized.
    However, I would suggest you introduce what is mainly your forum is all about in the title and put some description for every topic. Something like...Underground, betting forum

    The Welcome should be higher on the page and bolder, maybe the empty spot by the log-in section.
    I was kinda lost at what I was looking at when I opened the page, didn't look like a forum and you didn't say anything here either.
    Above the logo you might have to much space, I think whit-out it might look better, you kinda do have to much space in the up-er side of the page, kinda hiding the Threads. The colors are ok, hope that can help, good luck.

    The design is not bad but I think the forum would be more successful if you
    focused on a niche rather than everything.
