Hostgator reseller Account - Site not open some time in some ISP

    Hello,

    I have reseller account with hostgator, i host almost 40 domain in my account,
    But sometime my website down in some ISP, there are no ISP problem because this happen diffrenett ISP, digffrent time and different places so we canot say it is ISP problem, Whenever i complain in hostgtor, they tell your server is up and they show me from some proxy site that server is running, so whay this happen from some particular ISP.

    Anybody have idea for this problem.

    Why dont u show them some proxy where the site doesnt work ...

    Find a proxy site list and check all and see if ur site works with it
