Expecting a big project, what payment processor to use?

I am expecting a big project but my fear is of chargeback if the person claims after I complete the project.
As it is web development project is it possible to send them some kind of invoice somewhere so that I have project completion and delivery proof if the person files for chargeback.
I have been using Paypal to accept payment so far for smaller projects but don't want to risk for this one.

cash / wire transfer how ever much you want up front . . . then build midway on YOUR OWN DOMAIN then charge the other two thirds then finish the webiste ON YOUR DOMAIN and when you get the final payment upload the files to their website . . . if he doesnt feel comfortable explain to him you just built this entire project FOR HIM you have no other use for it so what would the benfit be to keep it and not give him his product . . .

As everyone else has said, wire transfer.

If your expecting big sales, companeis such as PayPal will slice profits.

    Go for escrow services.
    Its very safe.
No client will feel safe to wire transfer.
you can use a free escrow service in websites like getafreelancer (it takes paypal)

    Yup.Escrow is a good choice

    How about Moneybooker?
They won't allow you to chargeback if you have sent someone money

I'd go with escrow.com, used it a couple of times. If the other party trusts you - use cash transfer systems such as Western Union. Don't use PayPal for large sums!

BANK TRANSFER from ONE ACCOUNT to ANOTHER ACCOUNT . . . anything fishy between EITHER parties can be taken up at a FEDERAL level at that point if someone scams the other . . .

I would also suggest escrow. Most knowledgeable buyers will not use WU or another money transfer service because there is absolutely no protection for them at all.
