This is a 2nd stab at my online website directory (in my signature).

Please Please take a look and let me know what is good, not good and how to improve things.

    Thanks a lot.

It's okay. I'm not a big fan of the color scheme. Also you might want to put the submit the site button on the top and the bottom of the pricing list. When I got to the bottom I was expecting to see the submit. had to scroll back to the top. Not a deal breaker though.

First of all there is no logo,

Navigation bar is not very pleasant.

Search box also doesn't look very good.

    Very thoughtful suggestions.

Can you please let me know what exactly you do not like about the color scheme? Can you please provide any suggestions to improve it? I am not a good at picking good colors. This is more of a first run at the design. Appreciate your inputs.

About the submit button at the bottom of the pricing list, I have added those buttons. Thanks for pointing that.

    - If you see the navigation bar, two links are with BOLD text but the rest are normal.

    - Nav bar is very simple, make it look interesting, use graphical buttons instead of CSS links IMO

    - Search icon (http://www.dmozalt.com/images/bubbly/search.png) has the red background. Not extracted correctly.

    - GO button on search box is very simple. Make a nice graphical button for it.

    - I have no problem with color scheme, it is fine.

Thanks very much for your prompt and immediate feedback. All your suggestions are very useful. I will look into implementing those gradually but for sure.
Also please list your website on DmozAlt.Com and also spread the word if possible. Appreciate your help.

I checked your directory, its good, but you have only 1 listing in computers category so far. You better get it optimise for google (I do provide this service). Put adsense program also to generate some revenue. You should start free ad in "Featured listings" column in the beginning. I'm interested in advertising at your website for free. :p.

    thanks.

I have only one listing in the directory because it is almost brand new. So people haven't listed their sites. It should pick up steam gradually.

What do you mean by "You better get it optimise for google"?

OK, I will consider the free ad in the "Featured listings" column. Not a bad idea to start. But I need people to list their sites first in the directory. Of course getting the publicity and traffic will be the biggest obstacle (of course it is the case for any website).

    Thanks for your comments.
