Your appraisal please

As my website grows I am interested in an appraisal.

The domain is: www.ipagerank.org

It has a Google Pagerank 3 and an Alexa rank of 316.531 and better and better by every alexa update.

I have started my own small business on the site with my own personal pagerank script which I offer for free.

Can I get an appraisal please? Developed and Undeveloped please.

Sorry no rep because your appraisal is not along the real value. I have made a profesional appraisal at a well known website, but i wanted to see the users opinion, but you are not even close, but thanks.

Your appraisal reflects the fact that a pagerank 6 website which is the double of mine, worths 300$ ...and a pagerank 9 website just 600$

 

I think he meant for just the domain in the $XX range.

IMO, you might be able to get somewhere in the high $XXX for the website as an alltogether package.

I say high $XXX because while, yes, a professional appraiser may say higher, it's about who will actually BUY that counts. I doubt anyone would buy for $XXXX range.

 

I'm guessing low XXX, maybe around $100 - 200.

The domain is not worth much on its own, considering its a .org , but based on the traffic you get, as long as you can prove that the site is making $xx-$xxx per month through advertising, you can be talking in the lower $xxxx range.
